However, maintaining the impact of these sanctions has proven challenging as many of these entities find ways to circumvent the restrictions. Despite the extensive measures, the effectiveness of these sanctions is under scrutiny.

The Pentagon has indicated that while these sanctions cover a vast array of targets, they face difficulties in maintaining their intended effect due to the ways these entities often find to bypass the restrictions.
